The Beginning…
Our journey commenced in July 2020, after two decades of extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. With a sense of purpose, we decided to leave our positions to introduce a range of micro-cuisines inspired by the rich culinary traditions of coastal Goa, Parsi specialties, the Malwani dishes of Mumbai, and the flavors of Bengal. Each dish is meticulously crafted to reflect the regions that have influenced them. Our commitment to authenticity ensures that we capture the essence of these local cuisines, evoking a sense of nostalgia while maintaining a strong focus on delivering the true taste of each culinary heritage.
